Conservative controlled Forest Heath sure knows how to design and build buildings fit for purpose.

At a recent meeting, we were presented with options for redesigning the new bus station to accommodate the Tourist Information Centre - various proposals were put, none of which entirely satisfactory leading to loss of space in a building that wasn’t designed for that sort of use.  This leads me to the question why wasn’t this thought of before building this type of facility with taxpayers money?   

Another thing that came up was there is no heating in the bus station.  So drive to Mildenhall or catch the bus and freeze inside or out while you wait for the bus back are just two options for travel back.   I am sure that will be a tricky one for those with access to car transport.
